Ms. Nyokabi and her team play an important role in organizing the interview process and making it easier to our clients

The activities of the Interviewing department include: Building up a good CV Database fo all professions (The CVs are collected from universities, institues, colleges, training centers and through social media advertising), Conducting face-to-face screening interviews, Deciding about required training, Shortlisting qualified candidates

Mrs. Evalyne Mugure

Training Division

Our Training Department is responsible for polishing candidate skills and preparing them for the forthcoming interviews.

Satmar has a very good range of Professional Trainers that cover many areas of training i.e. Security, Safety, ecretarial, Computer, English Language, Housekeeping and housemaids, etc.

The Training sessions provided to our candidates qualify them for successful interviews and to meet the challenging job requirements.

Margaret Njuguna

Public Relations & Ticketing Division

Public Relations team is responsible for arranging Hotel booking for the interviews if required, interviewers and requirements thoughout the interview period.

They are also responsible for obtaining all government approvals required for the interview, medical certificates, flight tickets for successful candidates, predeparture and clearance from the Ministry of Labour.
