from universities, institues, colleges, training centers and through social media advertising), Conducting face-to-face screening
interviews, Deciding about required training, Shortlisting qualified candidates
Our Training Department is responsible for polishing candidate skills and preparing them for the forthcoming interviews.
Satmar has a very good range of Professional Trainers that cover many areas of training i.e. Security, Safety, ecretarial, Computer,
English Language, Housekeeping and housemaids, etc.
The Training sessions provided to our candidates qualify them for successful
interviews and to meet the challenging job requirements.
Public Relations team is responsible for arranging Hotel booking for the interviews if required,
interviewers and requirements thoughout the interview period.
They are also responsible for obtaining all
government approvals required for the interview, medical certificates, flight tickets for successful candidates,
predeparture and clearance from the Ministry of Labour.
